The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to explain how we may use information that identifies, describes, or is reasonably capable of being associated with you ("Personal Information"). obtained through our Mobile Application (the “App”) and other electronic forums, including chats and service sessions, and obtained in connection with the recruitment and onboarding process (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you are consenting to our Terms of Use.
We may change our Privacy Policy from time to time which will apply to your use of Services, on this App. You are responsible for checking this App periodically to ensure that you are aware of the current terms. If a revision materially changes your rights, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.

Purposes for Which We Use Personal Information

To provide you with information via email, phone or SMS, about Brinks Home and its services. If you do not want us to use your Personal Information in this way, select the “unsubscribe” link in any e-mail communication from us or reply STOP to an SMS.

You may opt-out of receiving communications from us at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in any email or SMS that you receive from us or by contacting us as provided at the end of this Privacy Policy.
If you opt-out of receiving email or other communications from us or otherwise modify the nature or frequency of communications, it may take up to ten (10) business days for us to process your request and you may continue to receive communications from us during that period.

For all requests, please clearly state that the request is related to “Your [State] Privacy Rights” and indicate which type of request you are making. Please also provide us with your first and last name and zip code.
We will take steps to verify your request by matching the information provided by you with the information we have in our records. If we are unable to adequately verify a request, we will notify the requestor. We may request certain reasonable additional information (that may include Personal Information) to help us authenticate your identity or your request, and to clarify or understand the scope of such requests. If we are unable to verify your identity or if we suspect fraudulent activity, we may decline to comply with your request.
To the extent that you elect to designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, they must provide the written authorization bearing your signature.
We may deny your request if (1) we are not reasonably capable of associating your request with the Personal Information or it would be unreasonably burdensome for us to associate your request with the Personal Information; (2) we do not use the Personal Information to recognize or respond to you specifically or associate the Personal Information with other Personal Information about you; and (3) we do not sell the Personal Information to any third party or otherwise voluntarily disclose the Personal Information to any third party other than a processor, except as otherwise permitted under applicable law.
If we decline to take action regarding your request, you may have the right to appeal, depending on your state of residence. We will notify you providing our reasons and instructions for how you can appeal the decision.
Information We Obtain By Automated Means
We and our third-party service providers use cookies, pixels, and other tracking technologies to track information about your use of this App or our Services.

This App is governed solely by the federal and state laws of the United States, and information submitted through this App may be stored on servers located in the United States. European Union residents are advised not to disclose any Personal Information to us.
